The price depends on the work, access and parts required. Call or request a visit so we can discuss the issue and assess it on site. We explain the scope and give you an upfront fixed-price quote to approve before work starts. Any paid diagnostic investigation is quoted and approved separately.

Does sending the form book an appointment?

No. It requests a call. We agree a visit separately and send confirmation by text or email, with an arrival window. You receive an on-the-way courtesy call or text.

What if the cause needs more investigation?

We walk you through the diagnostic options and what is required, step by step on site. Any diagnostic costs are explained and approved before we proceed.

Are you available for urgent plumbing?

We offer 24/7 emergency plumbing service, including weekends and after hours. For urgent problems, call 0413 801 693. We discuss the situation and confirm when we can attend; sending a form does not reserve an immediate or same-day visit.

How do you investigate blocked drains?

Our equipment includes a CCTV camera, locator, jetter and drain snakes. We assess the issue and explain which investigation or clearing method is suitable before you approve the work.

Can you help with hot water repairs and replacement?

Yes. Tell us whether you have no hot water, an unreliable supply or a leaking system. We assess the issue on site and explain suitable repair or replacement options, with a fixed-price quote for your approval before work starts.

Can you help with burst pipes and water leaks?

Yes. Tell us where you have noticed the leak and whether water is still escaping. We assess the issue, explain any investigation needed to identify the cause and discuss repair options. For an active burst pipe or urgent leak, please call.

Do you repair taps, toilets and other household plumbing?

Yes. We help with leaking taps and mixers, toilet repairs and installation, and general plumbing maintenance. You do not need to diagnose the fault before contacting us—just tell us what you have noticed. We explain the work and price before starting.

Do you offer gas fitting services?

Yes. We offer gas fitting for homes, including gas appliance connections and gas pipework. Tell us the appliance or work you need help with so we can discuss the requirements and arrange an assessment.

Can I choose a discount?

Yes. Choose one offer in the form or mention it when you call. We discuss your selection and confirm it with your quote. The free CCTV drain inspection offer applies with any paid service.
