Your Underwood enquiry
If there are several plumbing items you want checked, include a short list in your request. You do not need to select a different form for each task. We will discuss the visit, assess the items and explain the work and price for approval.
Your name and phone number are all the form requires. Adding Underwood, the affected fixture and a short description helps us discuss the issue. You can choose one discount from the form. We confirm the selected offer with your quote; a free CCTV drain inspection is available with any paid service.
We assess the issue and provide an upfront fixed-price quote for your approval before starting. If more involved diagnostics are needed to identify the cause, we walk through the options and what is required step by step on site. Any diagnostic costs are explained and approved before we proceed.
